Demonstrating such extremes fur textures in one project such as dry and wet fur, really emphesises how important it is to vary how we use the pencil to create the different pencil strokes. All of the same pencils and erasers were used throughout this piece but by adjusting how they're used we can capture a wide range of effects. How we move the pencil, how much pressure is applied and how sharp the point is are all key factors to consider when drawing detailed, photo realistic drawings. - - - 9"
