The Lions were off to an early lead after scoring two touchdowns in the opening minutes of the game, leading 13-0 with 7:03 left in the first quarter. The Lions scored once more during the first quarter with a touchdown by Hubbertville’s Timothy Keeton.
Pirates clinch playoff berth with 34-7 win over Wildcats

The Pirates capitalized on turnovers, including a fumble recovery returned for a touchdown, to take an early lead. Winfield's defense effectively contained Oakman's strong running game, limiting them to 84 yards rushing.
