But if you have a recipe that calls for a cup of whole milk, and all you have is evaporated milk, then you mix half a cup of evaporated milk with half a cup of water and use that. I used a cup of that, a cup of soy milk, and the vegan coconut condensed milk, and topped it with the Whole Foods vegan whipped topping.
