TKR Clicking noise with Stryker triathlon - BoneSmart
Nov 9, 2013. #1. I have a clicking noise with my Stryker tkr which I have had since day one (31 months ago). It does not bother me and there is no pain. I had the knee xrayed and examined by another surgeon. The only comment he had was that it might be a little loose and he would have used additional spacer (s) to make it a little tighter.

I have noticed that with complete leg relaxation while sitting in a chair, I can get my new knee to "rattle" a little by shaking it side to side. This doesn'r hurt, just feels weird.

However, regardless of the type of implant, the most important factor in the success of your knee replacement is the skill of the surgeon.
