Dec 1, 2024 · I will say that my experience with NZXT has been positive, when I needed a replacement part for my case the H710, they did send it out to me after a short chat with them and proof of purchase. I also like my NZXT monitor, it was their first attempt at monitors and honestly they did a really good job with that Canvas line.

I was in the same shoes as you. I ordered my pc from NZXT back in October. Best decision of my life. This is my first PC so I researched a lot. I was going with CyberPower or IBuypower, but NZXT had the best when it came to reputation, price, and quality. If you have any more questions I hope to help! Good luck!

Nov 23, 2021 · Bought from NZXT BLD twice this year. One was an Intel I7-10700K and one was an AMD Ryzen 5600X. Each had a 3080 in it (an EVGA XC3 in the former and an Asus in the latter). Both were very positive experiences and would highly recommend NZXT for pre-builds. It was definitely overpriced but not as much as other vendors (like MainGear).

Jan 2, 2022 · NZXT build is one of the worst and support is horrible. Their component are cheap low quality especially their aio coolers. I had mine replaced in first 2 yrs of the build and their replacement cooler was horrible noise which they says it was normal. I replaced with air cooler. The MSI mbo they had chosen for the build had VRM temp hitting 115C.

Do Corsair icue and NZXT cam play nice with each other?
Oct 9, 2020 · Hey, I'm not completely sure about that. I've always used custom gifs and they do save on the display even after reboot and don't require the NZXT software. IIRC it used to be the same with the temp stats but since the last update it won't work on my kraken after reboot unless I run the software.
