It contains no hazardous components under current OSHA definitions. There are no threshold values of toxicity given in the MSDS, and the product was tested on rats with no lethality.

That's a pretty high failure rate for springs that have been sitting there stressed for maybe 30+ years, and then they quickly break in Evapo-rust. As Restore32 eluded to, no type of rust cleaner will bring back the missing chrome, or fill the pits created by the rust. This is so true,. 2023年12月31日 · Thanks for posting this video. Evapo Rust is great stuff. I always wondered how it worked. There is an easy way he could have done this job in a single dip. Place in the tank as many empty 5 gallon buckets with a rock needed to raise the surface above the frame. I add objects to make a little Evapo Rust go farther and cover the rusty object.

2010年7月6日 · I used Evapo-Rust and haven't been impressed. It doesn't work very fast and using straight phosphoric acid has worked better. Electrolytic method is time consuming and leaves black iron oxide which requires additional. More often than not I go straight to the bench grinder with wirebrush and use that to get the metal looking shiny again.
