I never ate a white or green lima until I was almost an adult!

Beginner Gardening:Pole beans as dry beans? - Dave's Garden
2008年10月29日 · TMaple, if you want a very prolific pole bean along the lines of "butterbean" I'd highly recommend Willow Leaf. Not only is it a great fresh bean, or shelly, it is also a great dry bean. The plants will also handle a few end of summer/Fall frosts, too, allowing whatever pods are on the vines late in the year to continue filling out.
