Surface Pro 7 has a bad battery. What does it cost to replace?
Apr 13, 2023 · The Surface Pro was purchased in 2020 so it doesn't have a warranty any more. The battery has gone bad and I need to know what it costs to send the unit to Microsoft to replace the battery. I would also like to know what the time frame would be from the time I send the Surface to you to the time I get it back.
