I used Classico Sauce Add pepperoni slices Add green/yellow peppers, mushrooms Cheese - I never liked cheese so I don’t use it. But cheese could have been added Bake at 375 for 15 min. Tasted as good as many pizzas, perhaps better then some.

I would have to think that the primary motivation for this crust is a response to the low carb keto/paleo/etc movements. They already have gluten free options.
