2020年1月1日 · Yes, FreeCAD is a great collection of tools, but as a standalone software it's unusable. And I've used all similar CAD programs. And also yes, GIMP is a good example of crap. Living in denial has never lead to any good outcome.

In the case of OCC's parasolid importer, the OCC core engine, that we use in FreeCAD, is open-source, but they also sell several "add-ons", such as this one.

2013年10月11日 · I don't have the history (sketches, etc) from this part. I would like to reduce the inner diameter of the pipe. In solid works, I can create another solid with a narrower inner diameter, and merge both parts. The resultant solid is clean with no indication of a modification. Doing so in Freecad, I'm left with a few new faces.
