2013年3月8日 · This is the start with some "before pictures." With the garage under the house all the water ran down the driveway and into the garage when the drain plugged up. Not a real good design but it was like that when she bought it.

Not much you can do about condensation from warm humid air coming in through the door when the building is cold or from introducing moisture inside from a non-vented fuel burning heater.
