I generally do recommend a burrito over a bowl for most people, aside from the carb conscious. The thing with burritos is that unless you eat it at an angle of about +10 degrees, the sour cream, tomatoes (which are somehow called "mild") and the actual mild/hot sauces will sink to the bottom. Bowls: Bowls get a much larger helping of rice, and sometimes beans. this is probably where they seem bigger, although not more tasty. for me, the rice and beans are simply filler food.
