I've never had a problem with a return at Best Buy and they always price match if applicable. Choice drivers for me are product availability and convenience; both stores are within 5 miles of my house, but Best Buy has easier parking.

Clear pricing, rapid and clear receipt and shipment notification, easy returns process, can talk to a human who is polite and knowledgeable, and they stand by their stuff.
