2022年2月11日 · I purchased the Surface Duo (1) about 5 months ago. I have had non-stop issues with the phone. Microsoft has been very difficult to contact and get support regarding the issues. About 6 weeks ago, they exchanged the phone for a new device promising the new device would work better. It does not.

2023年2月9日 · The recommended process from Microsoft is not working. AT&A's unlock request site is filtering out people like us (who bought a brand new Surface Duo device). We couldn't even get pass the stage to officially lodge an unlock request to AT&T. We need Microsoft to work with AT&T on this issue of unlocking Surface Duos which were locked to AT&T.
