2006年7月13日 · I am on a 5% progesterone cream and 2% testosterone. I use 1 oz. of the cream on days 5-12 of my cycle and 2 oz. on days 13-26. This has worked for me. There have been the rare times I haven't used my cream right and it does mess up my cycle, but for the most part it's great. Also, most women are estrogen dominant.

It is a bio-identical USP progesterone cream from the Mexican Wild Yam Root, not wild yam extract and the big plus is there are no chemicals or herbs. I have found that I am allergic to some herbs. Sometimes you can get some at the health food store and think they are the best to buy, but in fact they don't have as much progesterone in them as others. Usually there is a number listed on the cream that you can call to find out exactly how much progesterone is in the cream.
