2013年3月7日 · I buy the Costco chicken breast tenders and the BS chicken thighs. Quicker to cook the tenders and more uniformly sized, I think they are .05 more a pound. Best bet with meat is to always weigh it.

2007年1月30日 · You can save a lot of money by buying frozen bags of Kirkland chicken breasts or by buying a carton of chicken from the Costco butcher. Go buy a George Foreman grill and precook the food like that. I've been doing that for the last 4 years and have not only eaten healthy, but have saved a lot of money over buying precooked chicken.

If the frozen breast is too bulky and uneven, it will take forever to cook all the way through. Then the top and bottom will be overdone. Don't let chicken defrost for hours at room temperature.
