为解决小麦秆锈病 (Pgt)对全球粮食安全的威胁,研究人员通过化学诱导剂(钾酒石酸、微量营养素混合物和硫胺素)强化哈茨木霉 (TH)的生物防治潜力,开展温室及田间实验。结果表明,钾酒石酸处理的TH (T1)显著降低病害严重度86.2%(温室)和77.7%(田间),并提升抗氧化酶活性及光合效率,同时增加小麦产量72.9%。该研究为可持续农业提供了高效环保的病害管理策略。
