The Millbury Fire Department was able to put out the fire completely. The woman’s identity has not been released at this time. The origin and cause of the fire are being investigated by Millbury Fire, Millbury Police, and State Police assigned to the State Fire Marshal and Worcester District Attorney.

MILLBURY — A small brush fire that was believed to have originated in an encampment left one woman dead Saturday night, authorities said. The following comes from a news release from the Department of Fire Services:
