New York Attorney General Letitia James filed suit Wednesday against the parent company of Zelle for allowing "massive amounts of fraud" on the platform.

New York Attorney General Letitia James sued the parent company of payments network Zelle, alleging it enabled fraud.

The lawsuit in a New York state court in Manhattan followed the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's decision in March to drop a similar case.
