The Greater Western New York Paranormal Society is a 7 member team that investigates both residential and commercial hauntings in Buffalo as well as regionally from Ohio to Central New York.

Phillip Tynan, a founder of the NI Paranormal Society, described the now derelict house as highly "spiritually charged". He said there at least three separate ghosts inhabiting the building.
