The JBL Charge 6 has some big shoes to fill. Its predecessor, the Charge 5, consistently got high marks for its durability, utility, endurance, and of course, its audio performance.

JBL has generally upped the price from the previous model, the JBL Charge 5, which cost £160/$180/AU$199 at launch – but, considering inflation, it's not wildly different.

I should also note that JBL told me that there's no plan for a Charge 6 with Wi-Fi connectivity. The Charge 5 WiFi was released in September of 2023 and remains on sale for $250.
