On Windows 11, you can change the default location for the "Downloads" folder to another path in the same or different drive, and in this guide, I'll explain the steps to complete this configuration.
When you click a file to download in Edge, it will by default save to the Downloads folder. If you'd like to save files to a folder other than Downloads, you can change the path. Here's how to do it.
Right-click on the Downloads in the left pane of your File Explorer, and select Properties. Go to the Location tab and enter the new path for your desired download folder.
