Jump over the barrier and then walls appear at the bottom and top. Three more barriers come to jump over so try to jump early so that you have plenty of time to jump them all.

Then jump to the surface slightly higher, onto the next platform. For the next part, jump towards the surface on the right and then get ready to grapple over to the surface on the far left.
