Scroll down to the Web Content section. Click the "Page Zoom" drop-down menu and select a size from 25 percent to 500 percent zoom. The default setting is 100 percent zoom.

Roll your cursor down to the Zoom area of the drop-down menu. Click the "Zoom Out" button marked with minus sign to make an app that's too large fit completely on the screen.
