TMCC's Epic program is offering wilderness survival training to the community. Epic stands for "education programs inspiring the community".

The Baltimore Police Department is launching a new peer intervention program that trains officers to intervene in problematic situations to prevent mistakes and police misconduct.

Both the Louisiana Sheriff’s Association and Voice of the Experienced, a civil rights group made up of formerly incarcerated people, also testified in support of statewide EPIC training.

The training, called The EPIC Leadership Program, is crafted specifically for emerging leaders, regardless of whether they are new to their company or have been established for years.

They will begin training and employment on July 1, 2020 by participating in EPIC’s state-approved Special Education Boot Camp.
