Microsoft has resolved a known issue that triggers Cluster service and VM restart issues after installing July's Windows Server 2019 security updates.

Microsoft will remove PowerShell 2.0 from Windows starting in August, eight years after announcing its deprecation and keeping it around as an optional feature.

No matter what I do, whether docker or local server, I get this. Note that I can pump a wav file into the vosk-server with a python script and it transcribes the text.
