The San Francisco Unified School District has no immediate plans to reconsider standards-based grading, a system it briefly considered implementing in a pilot program but dropped amid swift pushback.

Half of teachers said that their school or district used at least one equitable grading practice. But policies like giving students partial credit for work they don’t do prompted concern.
