A 42-year-old Ludington man was critically injured Friday night after the electric bicycle he was riding collided with a 2023 Ford Escape on Ludington Avenue at the Robert Street intersection.

The man whose body was recovered from Tallman Lake Friday afternoon has been identified as Estil Perrigan Jr., 61, of Holland.
