The Disney+ Marvel series that starred Samuel L. Jackson was disappointingly bad. It simply told a story that was more boring than interesting. It killed off Maria Hill seemingly just for the shock value of it. It only had one interesting story element, and now it looks like there’s a significant question as to whether that will ever get paid off.

War Machine actor Don Cheadle has provided new details about the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, Armor Wars. Although initially conceived as a six-episode Disney+ limited series, Armor Wars has since been redeveloped as a feature-length movie.

In December 2020, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige announced the upcoming Phase Four slate at the Disney Investors Day. As part of that slate, two projects with links to the late Tony Stark received series orders.
