依据报告中对公寓酒店产业规模的分析部分，2024年全球公寓酒店市场规模达到151.61亿元（人民币），中国公寓酒店市场规模达22.09亿元。报告预测至2030年，全球公寓酒店市场规模将会达到230.91亿元，预测期间内将达到7.26%的年均复合增长率。

樊达奥表示，集团的战略核心是深化业主合作，力争在2040年前将管理酒店规模扩展至100间。
