The Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre has issued flood warnings to regions downstream of Krishnarajasagar and Tungabhadra reservoirs due to heavy rainfall.

The IMD on Sunday issued an orange alert to the coastal and Malnad districts for the next two days, while Bengaluru and the surrounding regions were issued a yellow alert.
