CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns boast the NFL’s No. 1 ranked defense through two weeks. They’ve shut down Derrick Henry. They’ve contained Lamar Jackson. They’ve pressured quarterbacks, stifled running games, and generally dominated opponents. Yet somehow, they haven’t won the turnover battle in nine straight games.
