近日，能量饮料公司Celsius以18亿美元（折合人民币约130亿元）现金加股票的方式收购了能量饮料品牌Alani Nu。后者为健身网红凯蒂·赫恩（Katy Hearn）于 2018 年创立，销售能量饮料、补充剂和蛋白饮料。与燃力士业务出现部分重合。
