Payment in Paint is a Side Quest found in Spino in Sand Land. It becomes available in Spino during the Headin’ South Main Quest.

The third Big Paint Star can be achieved by going through a ocean-side base. To get there you'll go through a haunted house, poisonous park, and wacky game show.
