The new director says he looks forward to working with the citizens of Reading as well as county, state and federal partners to make the city better.

The community by Metro Development Group is a build-to-rent, or BTR, community. BTRs across the Tampa-area have grown by 300% in the past five years, according the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
