Frozen ravioli may not be the fanciest of foods, but they definitely belong on the list of quick meals that have miraculously kept us fed when time or money (or both, really) were running a bit low.
Just think of the pan-fried version as toasted ravioli's quicker ... and it only takes a few minutes. You can use either fresh or frozen ravioli, but you will have to thaw the latter before ...
