The fire in Napa County has burned 6,819 acres as of Wednesday afternoon, and containment is at 91%, CAL FIRE said. All evacuations and warnings have been lifted.

Napa County Director of Emergency Services Ryan Alsop signed the local emergency proclamation on the fast-moving Pickett Fire.
