The Oregon State Beavers ’ road football game against the Texas Tech Red Raiders finally returned to action after a weather delay due to lightning in the Lubbock, Texas, area. Severe weather finally moved out of the area, allowing the game to resume at 3:10 p.m. Pacific time (5:10 p.m. Central time). The delay lasted nearly 2 1/2 hours.
