Armenia-based Sololearn has raised $24 million in a second round of funding for its mobile-first coding education and community platform.
SoloLearn’s CTO and Co-founder Davit Kocharyan came up with the idea for the app in his native Armenia, where most of their team is based, to teach coding to the local population.
And so, SoloLearn has appeared on the horizon, after garnering a healthy following. Today it announces it’s raised a $1.2M seed round to socialize mobile code learning.
