FLORIN, Calif. — A car crash was reported Wednesday morning in the Florin area of Sacramento County. Emergency medical services were dispatched around 7:30 a.m. to Gerber Road and Power Inn Road.

Officials say a PRT bus was stopped at the intersection when a car hit it from behind. There were around 15 people on the bus at the time of the crash.

The preliminary investigation into the crash indicated that the car hit a tree outside a home on Crescent Street before rolling over and catching fire, police said. No other cars were involved.
