You can make an Excel scatter plot assigning one of the variables in each record to the x-coordinate and one to the y-coordinate on a standard graph axis.

Microsoft Excel 2013 enables you to add sets of data to a chart one at a time. If your data is in the proper order, however, you can plot both sets of data at the same time.

With this new feature, users can type in Python code in the Excel app. The calculations are then run on a Microsoft cloud server and are returned to the Excel app, with plots and visualizations.
