You can set an alarm on your Mac's built-in Calendar app to remind you of daily chores, weekly events, or more intermittent happenings, like birthdays.
An interesting new feature on the Microsoft Band 2 is the Smart Alarm. Instead of waking you up at the alarm time you set, the Band 2 will wake you up at an optimal wakeup time.
Simply say “Hey Google, set an alarm for 6 tomorrow morning” and Google will then set an alarm for 6AM tomorrow morning. However, this is going to be a one-time alarm.
Step #2: Set a silent alarm on your watch for five minutes before the loud alarm goes off So if you want to be up at 6, set your silent alarm for 5:55.
