Violation cited A four-inch wide crack almost 35 feet long developed in the dam this week. The dam was built in 1985 to form the largest of five ash ponds at the plant, which was retired in 2012.

Now three have cracks in one or two of the largest panels. The worst crack is about a quarter-inch wide. Could refinishing these doors have caused the problem? How do I repair or fill these cracks?
