In order to enter cheat codes on a PC, players must access the console in GTA 5. The console can be brought up by simply pressing the "~" key on the keyboard.

There are two ways to enter each cheat within GTA 5. You can either punch in a phone number on your character's mobile phone or enter a code in the console (press the ~ key to bring it up).
