ES File Explorer replicates a lot of the functionality you are used to in Windows, with folders that you can cut, copy, paste, move, delete, rename and use multiple select for faster management.

Select the desired files/folders and click the "Home" tab in the File Explorer menu bar. Click the "Copy" or "Cut" button in the "Clipboard" section of the menu that expands.
