"The issue with fentanyl is how deadly it is. And that's really the epidemic that's in this country. And it's Russian Roulette for anybody that's using fentanyl," the judge said.

Isaac Honigschmidt, now 18, could get up to 50 years in prison on each of the two charges at his sentencing in February.
