Student demand for computer science courses is outstripping the supply of professors, creating a student divide of computing haves and have-nots.

One of the two AP computer science classes has undergone changes to more closely mirror introductory college courses.

The courses, including a one-year diploma course and one-year DCA course for graduates and one-year hardware course for those who have passed SSLC exam, will begin on July 28.
