The Minecraft 1.17.1 update is finally out for the Java Edition. Many annoying and critical bugs have been addressed in this update.

Yesterday Mojang released the second release candidate for 1.17.1 to fix security and performance issues. There were no changes to the expected release date in the official post.

Minecraft: Java Edition has a new snapshot with 1.17.1 Pre-Release 2, which includes more bug fixes for 1.17 'Caves and Cliffs Update' Part One.
