Microsoft has announced the general availability of the Windows 11 2023 update. It's absolutely loaded with handy new features.

Does Windows 11 (Pro) hibernate by writing RAM to SSD in its default config, and if so on what time-out? Does it go into Modern Standby, is this instead of or before Hibernation?
