Fix Microsoft Outlook is not sending emails in Windows 11/10, with or without attachments. It can be a size issue or misconfigured Outlook.

Or I should clarify, it seds them but they are not rendered at the other end either in gmail or outlook (which IS set to show HTML emails properly, it renders all the other spam I get just fine ...
